Can't Program the EEPROM ADAU 1701

I'm desperate, I'm trying to get my own ADAU 1701 board working. From the voltage everything seems to fit.
But i can't program The EEPROM. My schematic is on the attatchment. is there just a simple fault ?
I am using the freeUSBi + EZ-USB interface. In SigmaStudio i choosed the setup on the attatchment. The Link Compile Download funktion isnt working. I have gained experience with the SureDSP there everything has worked.

Looking at the schematic, I see that the WP of the flash is connected to VCC, I seem to remember that WP connected to VCC is equal to write protect, you should connect it directly to GND.
I think there are problems also in the P3 connector, I to interface the eval adau1701minz to my PCB use only 4 wires.
The attached image shows the connections.
