Custom Modules for ADAU1452 DSP
I am currently testing the ADAU1452 DSP.by using the EVAL-ADAU1452 evaluation board.
That is the perfect choice for my application in terms of hardware,
especially as I need 4 PDM digital microphone inputs and enough processing power.
But SigmaStudio does not allow me developing the modules I need.
So I have 2 questions:
1) Is there a way to develop customized modules (Instruction Set, Compiler, etc.)?
2) If not, is there another DSP on the market (not a SigmaDSP) with 4 PDM digital microphone inputs?

Can you tell me what you need to do that SigmaStudio will not do?
There are options for development of custom cells. If it is something that will be very useful to many people then we can request it to be written by our team and put it into the library.
If it is not something that many customers are asking for then there are a few choices. There is a third party that can be contracted to write a custom cell, or we possibly can do it.
What we need to know is what you need to do and how many units do you plan to sell?
I did answer Laurent from your firm earlier today. get in touch with me and let's setup a dialog and see what can be done.
Meanwhile, let me know what is missing?

Unfortunately I am bound by a confidentiality agreement and I cannot explain what I have to do, and that is preventing me also from delegating the job to a third party.
Is-it possible to have the appropriate tools to develop custom modules?
