No, It is not possible.
You will have to develop the application from a blank file. What are the details of your product requirements? I have some example files that might get you started quickly.

Well, I for one am kinda glad it's not possible. From the standpoint of a commercial enterprise using Sigma in a growing number of products, we work our fingers to the bone developing a proprietary use of the parts, and to have its essence easily spirited-away would be a real bummer.
