Hi,

I want to start with programming of ADSP BF706 with Crosscore Embedded studio. I am not understanding how to start a program. Even with example codes given in document.I want to write a code for capture a audio signal from microphone and convert analog signal to digital after that i want to take FFT of that digital values. If i write a code in simple C program does it works for ADSP BF706 EZ MINI kit ?so please help me to write a program.

Hi Akshay,

We have a Board Support Package(BSP) which contains a example codes for ADSP-BF706 Ezkit mini board and the link is below.

Once you download and install the BSP, We would like you to refer the AudioCallback_BF706Mini example for your requirement and it can be found in the below path.
<installation directory>\Analog Devices\ADSP-BF706_EZ-KIT_Mini-Rel1.1.0\BF706_EZ-Kit_MINI\Blackfin\Examples

AudioCallback_BF706Mini example demonstrates how to use the ADAU1761 codec driver to receive audio samples from the Line Input, apply an audio processing algorithm(FFT) then transmit the processed data to the Headphone (HP) Output.

Refer to the Readme file to implement AudioCallback in BF706_EZ-Kit_MINI.

You can refer this BSP codes and modify according to your scenario. For more details about ADSP-BF706 processor please refer the below HRM,
