TomY Question
Feb 20, 2019 00:00

Hi, ADI Support Team

Currently, I am considering the Multirate Processing as follows.
This is just simple project, but I believe you can image it which I want to do.

Is it possible to process 192kHz and 48kHz on the same schematic like this?

When I compile this project, I see the error.
What is the cause of this error?
Just in case, I attach my project.Design 1_192kHzBase.zip

Best regards, TomY

Hello TomY,,

This bug is known and has been fixed and will be included in the next release, Rev 4.3.

For now there is a workaround.

Go to the Config sub tab in the Hardware Configuration Tab.

Right click on the gui for the IC1.

At the bottom of the menu you see the menu item "Advanced Framework Configuration", Select this option.

Then this window will pop up:

Disable the "Enable Framework Initialization Code Bug Fix... " and it will fix the issue you are seeing.

Obviously there was an issue with the bug fix that created a new bug. This fix was for a corner case when using Block Processing so most likely you will not encounter the reason for this fix so disabling it will not cause another problem to show up.

Like I said, this is fixed on the next release.

In case you would like to read up on these options, you can find the documentation here:

Thanks,

Dave T
