Hi,

I would like to apply the ADAU1977 for multi analog input as shown in the picture below

May I know is this possible? And, what about the I2S output? Can I select the output from which two analog channels?

And about the software GUI to configure the ADAU1977, I tested the software on Windows 10 64-bits version, it's not working and the program cannot start at all. Then I saw a discussion mentioned about the possibility of using Sigmastudio, but I can't find any ADAU1977 IC inside the selection.

Any suggestion?

Hello Kwan,

The output of the four ADCs are mapped to serial port slots using two registers. They are called Channel Mapping for Output Serial Ports Register. They are addresses 0x07 and 0x08. So you can switch the first serial port output to be any of the four ADCs.

Regarding the control software. We recently produced a fix for Windows 10 and have just tested it. It will be up on the product page soon but I am not sure exactly when. There is no DLL for SigmaStudio.

And, regarding the ADAU1977, is that mean I need to find a Windows 7 machine to configure it into self-boot mode right now?
