Good Day,
We currently purchase your ADSP-BF527BBCZ-5A from main stream distribution and are experiencing failures. We sent a failing board out for die and pry and the solder and board past the testing with no issues.
We are looking at the device as our failure mode and we honestly do not think it was a defect caused by Analog but potentially something within how the parts are processed. We are looking for help in having a known failing device having a failure analysis performed on it to see 1 - if the device functions as it is required and 2 - if failure did occur what is the potential cause (EOS, pop-corning etc.)
