If they are truly I2S signals, which are stereo signals, that means you will need 8 serial input ports and 10 output ports. The ADAU1450 only has 4 input ports and 4 output ports.

Now I am assuming when you say 8 I2S signals you mean 16 channels of data?

So you will need to go up to the ADAU1467 which has 8 assignable serial port pins. This will get you close to what you are asking about. With this part you can have 8 I2S signals in and 8 I2S signals out by using all of the serial input and output port pins and all 8 assignable serial I/O pins.

With the ADAU1450 you would have to use two of them to do the same thing as the 1467. Then all the serial ports are used up so you would not be able to send data between the two DSPs.
