ADAU1701 with CS4272 96Khz, no luck
Hi there, I've had some difficulties trying to get a CS4272 codec working with the ADAU1701,
CS4272 is configured as a standalone slave.I2S, Doublespeed mode for 96kHz.
MCLK is provided by a buffered output just like on the ADAU1401 eval board
BCLK (internal clock/8) is 6.144MHz
Lrclk_out is bridged to Lrclk_in
Bclk_out is bridged to Bclk_in
Project sampling rate is set to 96kHz, program length 2x (512 instructions)
cs4272 seems to be getting all the signals, clock polarity seems correct as per codec datasheet timing diagrams.
No output analog output on the CS4272 and it is not transmitting serial data back to the ADAU1701.
Any ideas, perhaps something simple... Thanks for any assistance.

After some much needed sleep, realized the codec was set for 'single speed' a quick PCB mod set me right. All is well
Glad you figured that out!
It is amazing what some rest can do!
