ADAU1452 Pop

We have a strange/difficult problem.

Some of our customers report hearing a pop.
We have a master volume control on the output of the DSP project. It does affect the volume.
It happens infrequently, perhaps one per two weeks of use, listening to it daily.
When it does happen, it always happens within 15 minutes of turning it on.
If it happens, it does not happen again.
It happens when using analog or SPDIF inputs.

We believe that the supplies are stable and we have also attempted to simulate supplies glitching. We were unable to reproduce. We have never heard a pop in the lab.
I don't expect anyone to say, "hey, I know what that is!", but thought I'd give it a shot.
