ADUSB2Z 1.4 Multi Master Programming Problem
Hello,
we got a uC that communicates periodically over I2C with one ADAU1452 and we have the ADUSB2Z programmer on the same I2C.
This causes problems when programming the DSP because two I2C masters are on the same I2C buss. At the moment the only solution is to set the uC in debugging mode and stop it at some break-point to be able to program the DSP.
Now we need a solution to stop the I2C communication from the uC when the programmer is using the I2C line. Is there a pin on the ADUSB2Z (FW 1.4) that signals when the programmer is activating the I2C which can be used to signal the uC that is has to stop the communication?
Or is there another recommended scenario to avoid this problem?
Kind Regards
Wendelin

Is it possible to use the SPI latch signals to signal the I2C communication?
