I have a question for 40bit float point processing(adsp-21489)
when input is 32bit audio, I need to calculate for 40bit processing.
how can I do it?

Can you please elaborate about what kind of processing are you doing? This will help to assist you better.
BTW, I would suggest you to refer the PRM of ADSP-214xx, for more information about 40bit processing. You can find the PRM from below link,
