ADAU 1701 EVAL board DAC0 and DAC1 Output sound Cracking

Hi , i am having problems with EVAL ADAU 1701 DAC0 and DAC1 amplifier outputs. The sound gets clipped/ cracks at bass notes when i increase volume above 40%. Powered the board uaing the USBi and 5V DC connector. Problem still persists . Headphone output does not have any Distortion but the output is very low. Feeding the Input via Cellphone through Aux cable to Onboard analog input.

please help.
