FM Radio Sound
Hello, I am passionate about music, electronics, computer science and audio processing. Years ago I worked in the world of radio and it seemed incredible how audio processors of the Orban brand could improve audio and achieve a constant broadcast modulation.
For years I have been following the "Stereo Tool" radio software. It is incredible what this program can do with the audio, especially in the latest versions. Noise Gate, Declipper, AGC, Stereo Expander, Multiband Compressor, Real Time Auto EQ, Bass Compressor, Limiter ...
The problem that Stereo Tool has is the price, the delay it has and that sometimes the computer hangs.
Two years ago, I bought several ADAU1452 boards, I tried to get a sound like "FM Radio" but I don't get that audio processed constantly, with constant frequency response and that sounds good.
My question is, is there any project for the ADAU1452 that can approach ORBAN, OMNIA TELOS type processors?
The MPX and RDS generator is a separate thing. I'm just worried about the audio.

This is not an easy question to answer. There are some of these processors in the toolbox and I have some example programs for some pieces of this but a lot of this is in the small details and settings. I am sure there are some proprietary things they were doing to make these work as well as they did. You can probably get a SigmaStudio program to do these things but it will take a fair amount of knowledge of audio, SigmaStudio tool and a good set of ears.
Have you tried to realize these functions one at a time to work out the details? Feel free to share the projects, there are several regulars on the forum who really know their audio and might provide some helpful insight. I would be glad to offer my assistance where I can.
