SPI flash problem for ADSP-BF514F16

We have observed problem for ADSP-BF514F16 (4015330.1 0.2, #1741, KOREA).

We have used VisualDSP++ Flash Programmer Utility (presented in Engineer-to-Engineer Note EE-367). Flash driver loading procedure was successful, driver detect S25FL116K, but flash erasing procedure failed and report that "Polling toggle bit failed".

we have tried the same procedure for ADSP-BF514F16 (3969366.1 0.2, #1735, KOREA) and flash erasing, firmware loading procedures was successful, we haven't observe any problem which we have for 4015330.1 0.2, #1741.
