Frequency Detection Using FFT

I am using ADAU1452.

I want to mute a particular channel by searching for a sine wave of 400 Hz to 500 Hz. (ex. siren)

If I implement this circuit, can I read the frequency and level values I want from the table? If it's wrong, how can you read the frequency and level values?
