Hi, can i make conversion PCM to SDM(use some MPx/GPO port like Output for SDM), may be you can give me example fo him?

Hello Insane,
The GPIO ports run at the core sampling frequency so there is no way to have them output a single bit signal at a 3MHz or greater rate. The core cannot operate that fast.
You will have to do this using an FPGA.
