Hi,

I would like to expand the Spdif inputs on the Adau1452 using a 74HC4052 but I am completely unsure how I could go about building a system in SigmaStudio to do that?

I've got my head around the demux with a push button on the GPIO and a pulse counter. However once it gets to the spdif input how could I make another 2 GPIO output the logic required to control the 74HC4052 analog switch?

Thanks for any insight!

Oh yes, I know I could do it with an external micro, but I'd prefer not to need to work out all the coding just so I can add a couple more inputs.

Hello ssashton,

There are going to be many ways to do this. This example is one way to do it using a counter and lookup tables to develop a binary counter.

Others on the forum have done this as well but I did not look it up. This one is simple to understand.

I have attached the project so you can see how I setup the tables.

Thank you so much Dave! I really appreciate your help.

I don't have time now but I'll definitely play with the file soon.
