Hi,

During power-up reset, all pins are high impedance except for those noted in the ADSP-BF70x Designer Quick Reference. Please refer ADSP-BF700 datasheet from the below link for more information.

After check. There is impedance for DDR and SPI only in this document www.analog.com/.../adsp-bf700_bf701_bf702_bf703_bf704_bf705_bf706_bf707.pdf

Can you let me know the reason for asking GPIO impedance value after programming it as input or output?
