Can someone supply me with the adau1701 Led Driver algorithm? (A6276E) I want to read the data with a dedicated microcontroller and use the information to drive addressable led's.

Hi PloopyThirds,

You can add readback in your SigmaDSP schematic.

When the DSP running, you can read the readback value via I2C or SPI with your microcontroller and pass the value to your LED driver.

Hello PloppyThirds,

WisleyD is correct that it is more efficient to simply have the controller read the data using a readback cell. This LED driver uses several pins and plenty of MIPS to bit-bang a SPI output. If you want to use it I did put it up on this forum a while back but when I went to look for it the attachment was missing so I fixed that.
