Hi,

We are using DC2350A board (of LTC6812) and using linduino for interface.

We have currently connected 4 slaves (LTC6812) to the Linduino board.

We am not able to discharge a particular cell of a particular AFE. If I want to discharge cell 3, all the 3rd cells connected to the 4 AFEs get discharged.

Is there any way that I can select a particular AFE and discharge its particular cell alone? Can anyone please help on this?

Regards,

Deepthi

Hi Deepthi,

Any command you send will be propograted to all in the chain. if you want to discharge a particualar AFE in the daisy chain for the other AFE's you need to send the default data.

if you can help with some more details around the method of your discharge, values of your discharge resistors. Duration of your discharge required. I can help you with more specific details

Hi,

The sketchbook has DCTO bits configured to discharge for 4mins. Is it possible for the DCTO bits to be modified to some other value other than 4 minutes and how?

Is it possible to modify the code in the sketchbook such that cell balancing occurs only if the individual cell voltage differences is beyond a particular threshold value?
