HI,

I plan to do some small tests.I tried to reset other ICs using DSP, but found that the reset operation would be repeated all the time. Is there any way to make the reset action only once

Best regards.

Hello Evin,

There's usually more than one way to do something in SigmaStudio, so here's just one example:

Once the -1701 comes out of reset, Timer 1 waits for one second before its output goes high and stays there. This is the sort of reset you might use for a microcontroller -- give it some time to stabilize, then bring its active-low Reset pin high. Timer 2 together with Timer 1 implements a more sophisticated signal: It waits for one second, gives a one-second High, then goes low. Both these signals remain in their final state for as long as power remains ON. Which signal to use depends upon the requirements of your other chips. The attached project runs on the ADAU1701MINIZ board.

Best regards,

Bob
