The 1701 is not powerful enough to do this sort of analysis. The Sigma300/350 part is capable of it but will require some custom programing which you cannot do with standard SigmaStudio tools. So you are better to either explore the SHARC product line or if your application and production needs require lower costs and space then there are some third party developers which can produce some custom code for you.
