communication error
Hello,
I'm using the EVAL-ADUSB2Z board (Win 10 64bits) with the iUSB drivers installed and green box on the hardware configuration. However, when I click "Link Compile Download" I get a connection error message. The state, at the right down corner says "Compiled, Comms Failed"
Then, when I try to "Write Latest compilation to EEPROM" it just gets stuck on 0% and nothing happens.
Can you please advise what should I do?

Since you have the USBi GUI displaying the green box, then it looks like SigmaStudio is seeing the USBi. It still can be a driver issue but most likely it is an issue with the connection to the DSP. I get this error when I forget to power the eval board or if I have the address of the eval board set incorrectly.
Basically, the DSP is not responding so you have a communication issue.
What board are you trying to communicate with?
