Hello all,

In my project, I'm using the EVAL-ADAU1467Z

I want to use the mute function in a specific audio path, and I need to control the mute function using a GPIO input pin (Logic High = Mute, Logic Low = Unmute)

I found the pushbutton volume control & mute function : https://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/sigmastudio/toolbox/gpioconditioning/pushbuttonvolumemute

but apparently it doesn't supports the ADAU1467:

Cores Supported
ADAU170x
ADAU144x
ADAU176x
ADAU178x

Is this correct?

If the ADUA1467 doesn't support this feature, is there an alternative way to accomplish mute function using external IO?

Thanks

Nir

Hi Nir,

Yes, this function is also supported on ADAU1467 parts. The wiki site needs updating, sorry about that.

For your info, SigmaStudio's libraries always show exactly which algorithms are aviailable for each processor. So, to see which blocks are available, you can just open SigmaStudio and browse the algorithm libraries for a given part.

Under the Tree Toolbox - GPIO Conditioning, you'll find the "PushButton Volume, Mute" function.

Best regards,

MKB
