DSP21489 DPI pins reset state

What is the state of the DPI pins (specific SPI) during reset ( reset pin held low)? I need to access SPI boot memory with an other device. Is this possible when DSP is held in reset?

Yes, the signal descriptions and their state during/after reset is available in the datasheet(Table 11. Pin Descriptions ). The datasheet can be downloaded from the link below.
