is there any algorithm in the ADAU1452 that can be used to simulate the Optocoupler NSL-32

I need something that the more the input value the less the output value will be produced

Opto-compressor simulation...?

An RMS lookup table or a Nonlinear Interpolator should do the trick. You can find those in Level Detector/Lookup Table and Basic DSP respectively.

If you have the exact formula you could also try to reproduce the dynamic response directly with math operators.
