ADSP-BF607BBCZ-5 vs ADBF607WCBCZ502

Hi,

We were looking for 105ºC version of part ADSP-BF607BBCZ-5. After much search we could find " ADBF607WCBCZ502" as a suitable alternate however we had few queries with regards to two parts mentioned above.

1. Are these two parts electrically, footprint and pin to pin compatible to each other as they share the same datasheet

2. Will firmware made for ADSP-BF607BBCZ-5 work as is on "ADBF607WCBCZ502"

3. ADBF607WCBCZ502 is not available with any vendors online. Does this part really exists? if yes from where can we order it?
