ADAU1452 drive strength and equivalent resistance or impedance

In the datasheet there is only information about maximum current versus drive strength setting, ie at 3.3V

Lowest 2mA

Low 5mA

High 10mA

Highest 15mA

A simple calculation implies that the R-ON for the settings is 1.65k, 660R, 330R and 220R but those don't sound right for matching to 50Ohm or 100Ohm pcb traces or ribbon cables.

(the datasheet gives figures for the I2C pins apparently)

What impedances or R-ON do the strength settings correspond to ?

Additionally, What load capacitance are the serial port timings specified at?
