Transferring data to custom application in ad9361 linux image

Hi

I have a custom application (which i want to run in linux image of AD9361) which requires IQ data from the AD9361. I have stored .boot and .dtb file and loaded the AD9361 linux. i am using fmcomms5 and zc706 hardware setup.

i can get data from ADI iio scope in file format and i can give that as input to my application but instead of that using iio_drives can i give directly data to my application? how can i access the voltages that iio scope plotting? Can somebody help me to fix this problem?
