Hi,

Thanks for the recommendation to use ADAU1787 for a low-latency low-power live voice amplification project (portable megaphone). One of our challenges is to eliminate acoustic echoes. We are investigating how best to implement an acoustic echo cancellation algorithm on ADAU17XX audio processors.

We are aware that ADI offers an AEC solution (for license) for the ADAU145X/ADAU146X audio processors, and that as of February 2020, per a previous forum discussion, this solution was not available for ADAU17XX. Is that still the case?

Alternatively, are there any SigmaDSP reference examples for ADAU17XX that utilize the NLMS filter block for echo cancellation?

Finally, does ADI recommend any third parties that have current solutions (for license) for AEC on ADAU17XX?

Thanks,
Michael

I am developing high powered megaphone. but acoustic echo is big problem.

I'm used AEC of ADAU1466. but i can't solve echo.

Did you solve acoustic echo?
