ADAU1452 PVDD / AVDD on/off while IOVDD / DVDD on
Hello
Is it a problem to have IOVDD and DVDD always on and PVDD/ AVDD turning on (and off) only just before DSP reset is released (is reset)?
It meets the sequence requirement, but perhaps that assumes short time differences between on and off?
I have not noticed any malfunction so far, but perhaps there could be long term effects?
Thanks as always for your support
Kind regards
Paul

Paul,
That should be fine. AVDD is only used for the AUXADCs, so that sequencing is only important in the context of your use of those in your application. PVDD is primarily the analog supply for the PLL. If you provide enough time for the PLL to lock in your boot sequence after the supply is stable, you shouldn't have any trouble.
