sigma i-usb problem with adau cluster

I have done proto pcb with cluster of (adau 5 pts.) its work bad with sigma iusb. i produced my iusb with need pinout/ and the same problem. i thought that its problem of pcb. but no.

all five adau works perfectly and load from uC on 10 mhz. but only one works normally in sigma.

i have tested on oscilocope. and its normally.

second i tested a type of signal and found next. spi type of signal are different. i use spi mode 3. iusb seems use spi mode 0 .(spol=0) cpha i didnt check. on datasheet on adau146x slavespi use mode 3. so i cant understand how it works.
