FRISH Question

Hi, I have a very trivial question to ask you. Is it possible that by pressing a button a LED turns on after a time to be defined and then goes off by itself after a certain time to be defined?

Thanks

Hello Frish,

You mean press a button and the light goes ON after a delay? Then it stays on for a period of time?

Is the switch momentary?

Do you have the ADAU1701 eval board?

Hi, Dave & Frish,

You can accomplish this function with a One-Shot Rise Reset and two Timers with External Reset.

The One-Shot latches GPIO_2 when you press the button. The first Timer sets the delay before the LED goes On. The LED stays On until the second Timer times out, which resets the whole thing via the Feedback block. Timing is by samples, with 1/48000 second resolution. The attached project runs on the ADAU1701MINIZ board.

Best regards,

Bob
