Hi, ADI Support Team

Is there any Power Supply Sequence between AVDD, DVDD, PVDD and IOVDD?
I know that the sequence is specified in ADAU1452, etc.
Is it same as ADAU1452?

Best Regards, TomY

Hello TomY,

Generally if you do not bring up the power all at one time then the IOVDD should some up first and come down last. That said, in this part it is best to power the IOVDD, AVDD, and PVDD all off of the same 3.3V supply. This will simplify the power up sequence. They I recommend to use the built in regulator with the external pass transistor to develop the DVDD. This allows the internal timing circuits to take care of the DVDD timing. So using one 3.3V supply for all of this will simplify your design a great deal. You will not have to be concerned about the timing.
