Self-boot on EVAL-ADAU1452RevBZ

Hello,

I'm using the EVAL-ADAU1452RevBZ to develop a system around the ADAU1452. We are trying to have the DSP self-boot from the EEPROM embedded on board.

We followed the instructions provided in the EVAL-ADAU1452RevBZ User Guide (p23 - 24) with the same values as provided in the document.

However, this doesn't seem to work. It seems the EEPROM is not written, as we get this message when trying to read and check the memory content :

E2Prom data verification FAILED.

First mismatch value: 00 at index: 0 differs from expected value: AA

How can we debug this feature ? This is blocking to us, as we need to develop software to control the DSP from a Linux board through the SPI interface, and we need to unplug the USBi programmer to access the SPI interface.
