My glorious EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ suddenly stopped working.

The U8 ADP1711AUJZ-3.3-R7 voltage regulator heats up.

I cut track OUT pin 5 and the regulator works, I measure 3.3 volts on free pin 5.

Unfortunately, some component has short-circuited, between the positive of the 3.3 volt power supply and the ground a resistance of 1.8 ohms is measured.

The question is stupid, has anyone had this problem and found which component of EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ was damaged?
