How do I transfer PEQ parameters in Sigma Studio

I have a parametric EQ block in one project with a number of lines of filters in it. I want to copy this set of filters from one project to another. How can I do this.

I have tried this method:

In Project 1:

Right click on block -> cell settings -> save as -> enter sensible file name

This create a 9kB .bin file that appears to have valid data in it

In Project 2:

Right click on block -> cell settings -> open -> select file created above

I click ok and no error is given. However, when I click of the EQ block nothing has been loaded.

Am I missing a step?

I'm using SigmaStudio 4.5.
