i2s adau1701

hello everyone!

i'm using a custom board with the adau 1701 on selfboot mode

i'm trying to figure out how to send and receive audio from the adau to the stm32f401re evaluation board

i was looking at datasheets but everything seems confusing because i've got no experience with i2s

first of all, how many lines should i connect in order to send and receive 1 mono 48khz audio?

The serial data clocks need to be synchronous with the ADAU1701 master clock input.

what does that means? i need to clock stm with the same oscillator in order to send/receive data?

do i need pull up resistor or something?
