LT3091 Current Fold back

Hello there,

I have two power supplies operates at -26V,and 26V. I am trying to regulate voltage outputs to +24V and -24V. I have no issue with positive voltage regulator ,LT3081. LT3091 for some reason activates current fold back limit that only outputs -1.6 V when a load is connected. If there is no load I get -24V. However, when I do power cycle, I get -24 V out with a load. Could anyone help me with this behavior? I have to do this power cycling every time i turn on circuit.
