Boot for SC589

Hi,
I'm using SC589-EZkit,board version is 2.1,cces version is 2.9.3.I created a new project for all 3 cores to blink leds,but after ldr file is burned,the board does not work and sys_fault led is on.
the attachment is my project and loader files.hope to reply as soon as possible,thanks a lot!
