ADICUP360 vs ADICUP3029

Hi,

I was wondering what is the difference between EVAL-ADICUP360 and EVAL-ADICUP3029? Which one is faster? Do they support ethernet connectivity via ethernet shield? I am looking for an example with ethernet shield

do you know if I can interface the EVAL-AD7768 with either EVAL-ADICUP360 or EVAL-ADICUP3029? I could not find any examples on your website on if this is possible.

below is the concept that I have in mind. Would this work? Or would I need a different or better processor?
