ADuCM362 functional safety features

I am evaluating the use of ADuCM362 /363 in a SIL application. Unfortunately the documentation online barely mentions SIL related features.

What are the "Multiple diagnostic functions that support SIL certification" mention on the product page? I saw that the flash has an integrity CRC, but nothing is mentioned for SRAM. Does the SRAM have any ECC/CRC features?

Are there any further diagnostic functions on the chip?
