Hi,Sir!

I import a BF706 project. When building, it shows the erros on the figure below. Error is "Function call is not allowed in a constant expression".

so I comment out line 61,62,63 and 65, rebuild and show the error "link failed". What's the problem? How can I solve it?

Thanks!

I have solve the problem. Because when import the project, software generate LDF files automaticly. so , I copied the original file to the project, compiled OK!

Hi,

I'm glad you're unblocked, but I'd like to follow up with some additional detail that might be useful.

If you make modifications to the Startup/LDF generated files in the user modifiable areas, identified by $vdsg comment lines, those modifications will be retained even when the files are regenerated. The advantage of this approach is that any bug fixes or enhancements will be applied to the generated files when CCES is updated to a later release.

If you require more significant customizations than suitable for the user modifiable regions, you can avoid regeneration of Startup and LDF files by removing the Startup/LDF addin from system.svc and selecting to retain the current files in the project. Obviously there will be no enhancements or fixes applied by CCES updates when you do this though.

Regards,
Stuart.
