Because it has not been ported over to the 1452/1467 ( Sigma300/350 ) family of parts. There were hundreds of blocks and we setup a priority and few people have asked for it to be ported. You can setup your own chorus using standard blocks since this processor has a lot of MIPS available you can probably come up with a better version.

Here's a quick example of a chorus effect for the ADAU1467. It could be a starting point for more sophisticated versions.

It works with two delays modulated by low-frequency oscillators.
