Missing definitions in system files generated by the SigmaStudio.
Hello,
my project is based on the ADAU1787. I can see missing definitions in generated system files. Example: there is only one occurence of the REG_ADICTRLS_GAINS200ALG_IC_1_Sigma_ADDR visible there:
SIGMA_WRITE_REGISTER_BLOCK( DEVICE_ADDR_IC_1_SIGMA, REG_ADICTRLS_GAINS200ALG_IC_1_Sigma_ADDR, REG_ADICTRLS_GAINS200ALG_IC_1_Sigma_BYTE, R205_ADICTRLS_GAINS200ALG_IC_1_Sigma_Default );
as a part of the default_download_IC_1_Sigma() procedure.
I can't find a definition of the REG_ADICTRLS_GAINS200ALG_IC_1_Sigma_ADDR address in any of generated sytem files.
In opposite I can compile, link and download the project using the debugger.
How I can solve this problem ?
Thanks for support,
Best regards
Mariusz

Hello Mariusz,
What version of SigmaStudio are you using?
Can you zip up and attach your project?
Thanks,
Dave T
Hello Dave,
I'm using version 4.6 of the SigmaStudio.
The problem exists for any project generated for the ADAU1787. Example is attached.

Hello Dave,
should we expect a new version of the SigmaStudio in the near future ? The list of errors/problems is growing.
Best regards
Mariusz
Hi Mariusz,
I have reproduced this issue and filed a bug report.
And, yes, there is a new version of SigmaStudio coming in the near future. We are working with limited resources, but I'd mention that the number of active bugs is shrinking, not growing.
Joshua
Hi Joshua
great news! I can't wait to see the new version. My customer either ;-)
I'd like to add the next issue to the list. In the attached project the equalizer component is used.
It's not possible to save it's customised frequency settings. Every time the project is opened, these settings are initialised to default state.
project name: "eq_problem".
Thanks for help,
Best regards
Mariusz
