Flash Memory Radiation Test
I have some Flash NAND and NOR memories that I am going to radiation test.
I need to be able to write and read from them while I am testing them
I need a plug and play tool kit to be able to that. I do not know what to use.
Please sent me your recommendation and the price for the plug and play evaluation tool kit set.
Everything must be already loaded in the tool kit set ready to go.

As this issue is already discussed in the private support, I am posting the response here for others to benefit.
We do not have any tool/test fixture to put the flash memory as you required. Instead we have the evaluation board for different processors where the flash device is soldered (no socket) on the board and that is interfaced to DSP.
For instance, if you consider ADSP-21489 Evaluation board, there is a parallel flash memory "Numonyx M29W320EB – 4 MB (4M x 8 bits)" and SPI flash memory "Numonyx M29W320EB – 4 MB (4M x 8 bits)" interfaced to ADSP-21479. Not sure if this suit for your requirement.

I would suggest you to contact your flash vendor for a better solution to meet your requirement.
