I need an unpackaged microcontroller
Please I am checking to see if I can purchase an unpackaged ultra low power microcontroller ?
Please explain what you mean by unpackaged microcontroller? What is your application? Are you looking for Fixed point or floating point processing?
Also, please provide more information on other requirements from the external interfaces, the speed grade, memory requirements etc.
?Hi Jithul
Thank you for the reply. I am interested in ultra low power microcontroller floating point processing.
What I mean by unpacked is the GDS file that I can couple with my communication RF front end circuit.
I am flexible about requirements I will like to know what is obtainable from your end. I only need it for testing purpose.
Please if you have any information about this kindly assist. Thank you.
