BF707 startup at low temperature
When applied VINT 1.1V then VIO 1.8V after 0.2 mS, and 3.3V after 170 mS at low temperature (less than -25C, achieved by liquid gas or refrigerator) ADSP-BF707BBCZ-4 cant startup (then it would have to boot from QSPI), nFAULT go to LOW. At temperatures higher than -20C BF707 loaded well. If well loaded processor is frozen to a low temperature, then it works properly.
CrossCore with ICE-1000 indicated that DSP was broken in Boot ROM (040026da).
What is the reason for this? BF707BBCZ-4 temperature grade is -40C.

Can you please check if you are properly following the 'Clock and Reset Timing' and 'Power-Up Reset' Timing specification mentioned in the BF707 datasheet?
Glad that you resolved this issue, thanks for your update

All perfectly. The processor runs at negative temperatures. The problem was only that the GPIO of Blackfin was pulling the voltage to low against the external 100 kOhm pullup resistor in chip selection switch circuit of the qspi FLASH. Replacement of the resistor by 10 kOhm solve problem at low temperature.
