I Can't run the h.264_bpdecoder demo on bf609

hi,experts:

i runned the H264_BPDecoder-BF-Rel4.1.0 demo on ADSP-BF609_Evaluation_Board,i used the cmd:h264d -i ../../../Media/H264_BPDecoder-BF-Rel4.1.0/demo.264 -o demo.yuv -s 0 ;the Result: the file :demo.yuv was 0bytes.

when i used the cmd: h264d -i ../../../Media/H264_BPDecoder-BF-Rel4.1.0/demo.264 -o PPI -s 0 ;the Result:

Frame num:0

Frame num:1

Frame num:2

Frame num:3

.....

but the screen is black.

i don't know why?can you help me？thank you very much.
